What is a product’s lead time?
Products quoted are usually ex-stock unless otherwise stated. Lead time is three days if delivery is required. For self-collection, pick-up will be ready by next working day upon order confirmation.
What are order minimum and multiples?
All products come in minimum packaging in a sealed container or individual pieces and order will be in multiples of that accordingly.

Can I request for local delivery service?
A delivery charge of S$30-S$40 is imposed for order below S$300 before GST. If total quantum of order exceeds S$300 before GST, the delivery charge will be waived. Delivery lead time is three working days once we received your order confirmation. Kindly provide exact delivery address and be informed that delivery will be made between 8:30am to 1:00pm. We are sorry that we cannot accommodate request for a fixed time delivery due to possible schedule changes.
Do we deliver overseas?
Our products quoted are based on ex-work terms. For orders to be delivered to overseas destination, kindly arrange for your own freight forwarder.
When will local order be shipped?
Your order will be despatched from the warehouse within three working days when you order on or before 12pm. Order after the cut-off time will be processed next day. Expected delivery timing will be 8:30am to 1:00pm. Please ensure payment is ready once you confirm your order.
Do you offer Saturday delivery?
We do not offer Saturday delivery as we are closed on weekends.
Returning a Product
How do I return a product?
Kindly drop by at our office to request a refund within seven days of purchase with your receipt. Product returned must be unused in its original sealed condition and packaging.
